Travel in small groups, leave all year round
Have you ever been on a group trip?
Go on, tell us. Maybe it's something that has always tickled your fancy, but you need that extra push. That is what we provide with WeRoad, you'll travel in a small group of up to 15 people who are more or less the same age and share the same travel mood, accompanied by a coordinator. You'll share such great adventures and emotions that, after the first 3 days, you will feel as if you have known these strangers all your life. Saying goodbye to each other at the end of the trip will be next to impossible.

How does WeRoad work?
Let's keep it short. You choose your trip according to departure dates, destinations and travel mood and... book! Once you receive an email saying your trip is confirmed, book your own return flights to your destination - they are not included in the package - we like flexibility! The coordinator will set up a WhatsApp group 15 days before departure so you can start getting to know your future travel companions. And that's it: enjoy your WeRoad trip! You'll share incredible experiences, discover the local culture and live every minute to the fullest - you'll probably shed a few tears when it's time to say goodbye, but that's all par for the course!
Are there any age restrictions?
At WeRoad, we cater to travellers in their 20s, 30s and 40s.
Are your flights included?
The flights are not included, as we like flexibility! That means you're free to choose which airport you fly from, which airline you fly with and how many stopovers you make. And you can even stay a few extra days at your destination if you wish. We can help you choose (just contact us!), plus we have some discounts you can use with several major airlines.
What is the difference between a planned and a confirmed tour?
If you read 'planned' next to the tour you are interested in, it means that the tour you have chosen is planned, but we have not yet reached the minimum number of participants. If, on the other hand, you read 'confirmed', it means that the group is already there, so you just have to book your place and buy your flight!
Do you share a room with other travellers on a WeRoad trip?
Yes, on all our trips, you will not be alone in your lovely room. Fear not, though, as you will only be rooming with fellow travellers of the same sex, and you will have a private bathroom (in the room or otherwise shared only between the travellers). Of course, these conditions do not apply to trips involving nights in a tent or homestays, but we guarantee that the experience will be so special that you will consider comfort the least of your concerns! And if you're really not up for it, you can opt for the 'No sharing room option' when booking certain itineraries. For an additional fee, you can have a room all to yourself.
Can I go on a WeRoad trip with friends? What if I want to travel alone?
Sure, you can make a reservation and set off with one or more friends! This could be a great way to bond further and meet new friends together. The more the merrier! But don't worry, if you want to set off on your own, that's fine too: you will get to know your fellow adventurers before the trip via a WhatsApp group that has been put together especially for you.

Entra a far parte della community su FB "WeRoad... conosciamoci prima di partire" per conoscere i tuoi futuri compagni di viaggio - il Coordinatore creerà poi il gruppo WhatsApp 15 giorni prima della partenza!
